Spring is here!

I know, I know I'm a day late to post the first day of spring blog ( opps) but better late than never. There is no better way to celebrate the official 2nd day of spring than taking pictures with the azaleas in their full glory. Here in the South we are so blessed to have a very beautiful blooms and gorgeous weather at this time of the year and we finally put the bulky sweaters and coats for storage. As much as I like the winter outfits, I also look forward to the spring colors and summer pieces.

Today, I will be talking about how to dress up and not getting broke. I do splurge sometimes but not to the point of maxing out credit cards and in debt. There are lots of stylish and trendy clothes that are not expensive if you only know where to look. And also, I always wait when it is on sale and I wont be paying the regular price.

Picking out versatile pieces is also a way of not spending too much. White eyelet skirt is a spring and summer go to and can be paired with different pieces. It can be used again and again and never go out of style. Mine cost less that $20 from TJMaxx.

The top I'm wearing is from Shein. It cost less than $15. I love the peter pan collar and the flare sleeves on this top. When you order, make sure to look at their measurement because it runs small.
